First Session: In this 1-hour session, you will meet with your coach, and go through an extensive lifestyle assessment. You will receive a mineral analysis, a body composition using Bioimpedance Analysis, and a Metabolic Typing Assessment. Please bring any lab work you would like reviewed. We don’t want to miss even the smallest detail! Second Session: It gets real in this follow up 1-hour session. Your coach will review your results and share your new plan. This will include book guidelines, conscious eating guidelines, detoxification guidelines, food protocols, unique macronutrient needs, supplement recommendations, Individualized sample menu, a shopping list and exercise guidelines. This education is unique to your individualized goals and may include something not listed. You receive a lot of information in this session, but don’t worry, this will all be written down in a folder that you will take home and review. Third Session: This 45-minute follow up occurs about two weeks after your second session to allow you to incorporate preliminary changes. Your coach will assess physical and mental improvements and dive deeper into the foundational principles. Together, we will then make a plan for ongoing support.
